Actually, it's very easy. If you can keep the stack of paper perfectly straight through the first twist or two, the wire holds them in place (mostly) for the rest of the way. I have found that the wire end sometimes needs to be adjusted (made rounder, flatter, pointing upwards, downwards, or straight out) a bit to get it going, but once you've got the angle right, the coil just goes right through! Taking it out is sometimes harder than putting it back in. :) Thanks May! Actually, it’s very easy.
